Do you require a contract?

No way! We understand that tough times happen. For that we will never require a contract. Also, we are 100% confident in our ability to perform for you that we don't need a contract to keep your business. Our fertilization and weed control experts know their stuff.

What is a preemergent?

This is a herbicide that we use to prevent weeds in your lawn like crabgrass, johnsongrass, dandelions, clover and so many more. It basically stops them from germinating which keeps your lawn weed free. These preemergent weed control products have to be applied at the right time of year to be effective. We keep up with this for you so you do not have to. 

What is a postemergent?

This is a product or herbicide that treats and kills weeds after they have germinated. This is something we do for all of our lawn care customers no matter the plan you are on. Your weeds will be treated with a postemergent herbicide and you will see them start to die off. If you are a new client you will require more spot spraying to kill off more weeds. Don't worry we will handle this for you and the next window for preemergent will be utilized to prevent these unsightly weeds from being a problem in your lawn.

What is spot spraying?

This is a technique that we use to treat for weeds using a postemergent herbicide. A lot of other companies in our industry like to include this in their spray tanks and blanket spray for weeds. This is bad for the environment and we don't care for that method of weed control. We prefer to spare mother nature and spot spray weeds and be more environmental friendly. Why add chemicals to the ground when they are not necessary?

How often do I pay you?

You can be placed on a per treatment payment plan or a monthly payment plan. Monthly will divide the total cost of your lawn treatments for an entire year by 12 which will give us a monthly price. It is just an option that you have to pay your bill. Otherwise, you will be auto charged at the time of service.

How do I know you actually treated my lawn?

You pay us to service your lawn it will be serviced. That is a guarantee. We get a lot of complaints about other companies not even spraying a fertilizer on a customers lawn when the time is ok to do so and that is absolutely not right. We have an app that our technicians use to even be on the job and it tracks their movements throughout your lawn. 

If ever you feel that your lawn was not treated we can actually see how many steps they took at your property and see exactly where they went. Just an added peace of mind for our customers. You will also see our lawn sign out in your lawn. It is required by law for us to leave that and it must stay for at least 24 hours.

How many times per year do you treat?

Every lawn is different. Your lawn may require our standard 8 treatments per year and most of our clients only see us 8 times in a year for fertilization and weed control. Some lawns require a bit more maintenance from us in the first. We offer 8 to 12 treatments per year depending on your needs. Other services like aeration and overseeding are not included in these visits. Also, fungus and grub control is just an added treatment to the calendar year.
